Sales and Customer Service (San Antonio)

I am looking for someone very special.

Here is the problem that I have that I want you to solve.
We are a commercial AC & restaurant Equipment service company and we get 20 to 50 calls a day for us to send a service tech somewhere in Texas to fix something.
The problem I have is that the people who are calling us might give us 2 or 3 service calls a month but they could give us 100 if they knew who we are and I had someone here who could educate them properly! (That's you) We want you to contact all customers who call us and tell them who we are, what the advantages are to doing business with us are and then ask them how we can get 100 service calls a month instead of 3.
This requires a person with great telephone skills.
It also requires a salesman or sales woman and the number one thing you are selling is you and this company.
DO YOU BELIEVE IN YOU??? FYI, we are a very high quality company.
We do not get complaints about our service.
If I hire you, you will work in our offices at 410 and 35 North acting somewhat as a dispatcher to start and having access to all incoming calls.
This means you take the calls and have first shot at meeting and greeting our customers.
This is a high paid position for the successful applicant and I would probably hire 2 people hoping that at least one will succeed.
If I hire 2 and both succeed: so much the better! We would keep both.
This position requires someone really superior and most probably well educated.
