Lead Speech-Language Pathologist SALARY

Early Bird Pediatric Therapy is a pediatric outpatient rehabilitation clinic that offers speech, occupational, and physical therapy in a clinic-based setting.
We are currently seeking a Lead Speech-Language Pathologist to help us grow and continue to provide excellent care in the San Antonio community! The Lead Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides leadership and support to clinic-based speech staff to meet organizational goals and to provide a high-quality level of care to our patients.
The Lead SLP will provide direct services, to include treatments and evaluations.
They will provide supervision of SLP-Interns and SLP-Assistants, and mentorship to other therapists within the clinic.
The Lead SLP candidate must: * have at least two years experience in a pediatric setting * have at least two years experience supervising SLP-Assistants, and/or SLP-Interns * have excellent communication and leadership skills * be results-oriented * be bilingual (preferred) * have experience with feeding disorders (preferred) Benefits for this position include: 12 days paid time off, compensation towards employer health insurance, CEU reimbursement, and in-house daycare for children of employees Job Type: Full-time Pay: $72,000.
