_*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*_
* Production Schedule Management: You will be responsible for maintaining a production schedule for your delivery group and quantifying backlog and bench capacity.
Additionally, you will collaborate with other leads Company-wide to maintain a Company-wide production schedule that includes key milestones and delivery resources on a common timeline.
* Resource Allocation: You will assign tasks and allocate resources to meet competitive staff ratio goals set forth by the Delivery Manager.
* Team Building and Development: Your primary responsibility will be to build, train, and retain an exceptional delivery team with technical and productivity abilities and skillsets.
This includes recruiting, interviewing, and hiring talent to build the team, as well as developing the skills and knowledge of delivery group staff.
* Strategic Planning: You will formulate and implement a strategic plan to guide the delivery team in the areas of innovation, people development, productivity, and quality control.
* Performance Management: Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations for team members.
* Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication among Principals, Project Managers, and delivery staff to ensure specifications, budgets, and deadlines are clearly communicated and understood.
_*REQUIREMENTS:*_
EDUCATION:
* Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management or related.
Five (5) years or more in Power Industry.
PMP Certification or PE Certification.
SKILLS:
* Strong (effective) written and verbal communication skills, exceptional computer skills, with emphasis in project management, spreadsheet and word processing applications.
Strong skills of time management, organizational and multi-tasking.
PHYSICAL:
* This position requires the ability to listen and hear, good eyesight, sitting, standing, walking, and use of hands and arms.
