Restaurant Assistant Manager
You’ll assist the drive-in restaurant General Manager in managing drive-in operations and you will also be involved in training and supporting other employees to ensure we provide quality food in a clean, safe and efficient manner.
Prior experience as a restaurant general manager, assistant manager, supervisor, shift lead, crew lead, team lead or other restaurant management job is very helpful to the success at this job.
Requirements:
Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry level retail management experience required.
Previous experience running shifts without supervision is a must.
Effective communication skills; basic math, reading and computer skills
Duties Include
Manage, train, monitor and coaches Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops
Adhere to and monitor employee compliance of the drive-in restaurant employee handbook, policies and practices
Reinforce a customer service mentality and ensure all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times.
