Lead Teacher

*Responsibilities:* * Create developmentally appropriate curriculum for children * Provide support and guidance to children in behavior management and social skills development * Develop daily care routines, including diapering, feeding, and naptime * Observe and document children's progress and behavior * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment *Skills:* * Experience working with children * Knowledge of toddler care, safe sleep, and early childhood development principles * Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.
* Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning * Familiarity with TRS (Texas Rising Star) preferred We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
