Description:
Works together with the other restaurant leaders, overseeing their growth and work, in order to accomplish the Franchise Owner/Operator’s vision for the restaurant.
A Director will serve in Kitchen or Hospitality operations, driving sales, profit, and morale while maintaining quality of taste, speed, cleanliness, and an attentive and courteous team.
Position yearly earnings is based on hourly wages earned from a 40-60 hour work week.
