Found Male pup (San Antonio)

Found this guy wandering around the street.
He seems like he had a good home.
Had a full belly and was super friendly.
Took him in for bath and fed him.
Unfortunately cannot keep him because we do not have the room.
He has blue eyes and small white patches on his feet.
One lopsided ear that sticks straight up.
He is friendly toward children and Potty trained as well.
Don’t think he’s neutered.
