Responsibilities
Holly D.
Shull & Associates, staff counsel for State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, is seeking a Paralegal to join their growing team in San Antonio, Texas.
Candidates must be detail-oriented, adaptable, able to prioritize workload, and can multi-task in a fast pace electronic environment.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, assisting Attorneys with conducting client discovery meetings, drafting written discovery objections and responses, drafting reports, drafting medical summaries/chronologies, and trial assistance.
The position is classified as a hybrid role, meaning that the work arrangement calls for hours in the office and virtually.
Everyone in a hybrid role is required to spend some time in the office.
Work arrangements could change over time based on business needs.

Qualifications
Prior Paralegal experience, preferably in an insurance defense firm
Experience reviewing medical records and preparing medical chronologies is required
Strong organizational skills are required in this fast paced work environment
Working knowledge/experience utilizing the Texas Rules of Civil Procedures
Strong software/technical skills including experience working in a case management system
Experience working in an electronic/digital environment
Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
