As People & Culture Compliance and Associate Relations Manager, you will partner with executive leadership to develop and execute on processes that address compliance and associate relations initiatives.
Working as a partner to General Counsel, leading Silver Ventures ethics and training initiatives.
Initiatives are measured by associate engagement, associate complaints, and external audit findings.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field 7-10 years of related compliance expertise PHR required Silver Ventures, Inc.
