We are looking for a Case Manager/Paralegal to enhance the quality of Client management, maximize satisfaction and promote cost effectiveness.
The successful candidate will be accountable for the full client case cycle.
Case Manager duties include assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating actions required to meet the client’s legal needs based on the specific case.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and provide communication that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client-centered
Handle case assignments, draft documents, review case progress and determine case closure
Interact daily with assigned clientele to understand their needs which will provide more clarity for assigned attorney directions
Work closely and in tandem with assigned attorney and assigned Medical Clerk (MC) in a team environment and ensure all policies and procedures are followed for case management.
Communicate daily with assigned attorney and assigned MC using multiple mediums (ie.
In person, Email, written reports, one on one presentation, etc.
) to address any case building, property damage, or case settling issues and direction
Quickly and efficient obtain incident reports from various government agencies
Quickly and efficiently set up auto Liability, Uninsured (UM), Underinsured (UIM), and Personal Injury Protection (PIP)/ Medical Payment (Med Pay) claims daily
Ensure clientele are receiving medical treatment and that firm policies are being followed with respect to medical treatment
Facilitate multiple case aspects (case coordination, information sharing, etc.
)
Help clients make informed decisions by acting as their advocate regarding their legal questions, suggested providers and proper documentation
Develop effective working relations and cooperate with legal team throughout the entire case management process
Take the extra mile and interact with clients to keep track of their progress and to ensure satisfaction
Record cases information, complete accurately all necessary forms and produce statistical reports
Promote quality and cost-effective interventions and outcomes
Assess and address legal issues
Adhere to professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules, and regulations
Education Requirements
High School Diploma
Associates Degree or Undergraduate Degree Preferred

Time Management, and the ability to organize and prioritize work Bilingual (Spanish a plus)
Proven working experience in case management, including as a paralegal, insurance, health care manager or a related job
Excellent knowledge of case management principles, healthcare management and insurance
Previous experience with legal programs or salesforce a plus
Effective communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge
Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
Compassionate with teamwork skills
Current case manager license, certification, or registration (preferred but not required)
World Class Benefits Include
Base Salary Range: $37,500.
00 - $65,000.
00 per year depending on experience
