We currently have offices in San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas and soon will expand to additional offices in other states.
Being located in our office in San Antonio is a requirement.
This position will require travel as we represent clients before USCIS and EOIR in all states.
Must speak Spanish fluently.
Personality testing to ensure a cultural fit will be required but covered by the firm.
Salary range $90k-$120k plus benefits.

Duties:
* Develop and implement removal defense strategies for clients.
* Represent clients in immigration court and before the Board of Immigration Appeals.
* Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other stakeholders.
* Prepare and file legal briefs, motions, and appeals.
* Stay current with changes in immigration law and regulations.
* Manage caseload and meet deadlines for court appearances and filings.
* Provide clear and accurate billing to clients.
Requirements:
* Bilingual in English and Spanish
* Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and admission to a state bar.
* Minimum 5 years of experience practicing immigration law, with a focus on removal defense.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Commitment to social justice and serving immigrant communities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.
00 - $120,000.
