Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Assist with case management and preparation for hearings and trials
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the legal process
- Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions
- Attend court proceedings and represent clients in litigation matters
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
Skills:
- Strong research and writing skills
- Litigation experience and the ability to effectively advocate for clients
- Proficiency in conducting legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters, gaining valuable experience in various practice areas.
