Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
*Role Description*
FUDGE NIETO STOKES LAW FIRM, PLLC located in San Antonio, Texas has an opening for a full-time Paralegal.
The Paralegal will assist attorney with all aspects of litigation, from case inception to trial.
The role requires on-site work.
Work-would like:
* Experience as a paralegal
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and calendars
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* Google sheets and CASEpeer woud be nice but is not required.
* Experience with drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, DCOs and discovery
* Experience with e-filing, depositions, trial preparation, and electronic discovery
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Ability to handle well under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.
00 - $25.
00 per hour
Schedule:
