This position plays a critical role in the firm’s success, and the right fit to join our team is an energetic, reliable team player who is extremely detail-oriented, organized, and has a real passion for personal injury law.

Salary Commensurate with experience.
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and certification.
Duties/Responsibilities: Meets with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects.
Communicates and follows up with clients through the case and treatment process.
Drafts legal documents including Letters of Protection, CPRC Letters, Letters of Representation, Spoliation Letters, Tort Letters, and FOIA to medical providers and insurance companies.
Prepares and ensures relevant elements of a case are collected, maintained, and organized including the status of claims from insurance companies, police reports, medical liens, and client’s treatment and medical history from medical providers.
Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, and other related matters.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, and exercise discretion and good judgment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficient with navigating websites related to public records.
Bilingual preferred.
FileVine case management system knowledge preferred Education & Experience: 1-2 years of Experience in plaintiff personal injury or related field preferred.
1-2 years of Experience in automobile insurance or related field preferred.
Physical Requirements: Sedentary work with prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
