Job Requirements:
1- 2 years of personal injury experience (plaintiff).
1- 2 years of paralegal experience.
Proactive.
Professional attitude.
Experience and knowledge on drafting motions.
Experience and knowledge with E-file and service of pleadings.
Experience and knowledge assisting with trial and hearing preparations.
Comprehension of liability issues.
Ability to maintain professional relationships with clients and co-workers.
Effective communication with providers.
Knowledgeable and understanding how to review medical & loss wages.
Maintenance of docket calendar.
Excellent grammar.
Excellent Proofreading.
Proficient use of Microsoft Word, digital folders, and Foxit/Adobe.
Local (position is in-office M-F 8 hours).
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluent Spanish speaker.
Experience in Filevine case management system.
