Standard Pricing For Lawn Cuts:
• Small Yard (up to 1,500 sq ft): $50
• Medium Yard (1,501 - 5,000 sq ft): $55 - $100
• Large Yard (over 5,000 sq ft): Starting at $105 and up.
Overgrown Lawn Fees:
• Under 6": Standard Cut Cost per Standard Pricing Chart
• 6”-12” in height: +25% of
standard cut cost
• 12”-24” in height: +100% of
standard cut cost
• Over 24": Assessed on a case-
by-case basis for serviceability

While it's challenging to provide an exact estimate over the phone, I can offer a preliminary estimate based on my past cleanups.
I charge on a project-completion basis.
I provide detailed quotes during your yard walk-through appointment to ensure accuracy and transparency.
I may not have the lowest prices in town, but the value I bring is rooted in my meticulous and detail-oriented approach.
With extensive experience in handling diverse lawn scenarios, I am well-equipped to handle all types of lawns, ranging from situations involving HOA/City Violations to regular lawn maintenance.
I formulate my estimate taking into account my hourly rate and your yard size, slopes (if any), obstacles, and amount of edging/trimming required.
The above figures are ballpark guidelines.
I will be as exact as possible when providing a quote, but my rate may be subject to adjustment in the future after an initial lawn service.
When you contact me, I'll request the address for the property being serviced as well as some other basic info to give you an accurate estimate.
I utilize Google Earth, and similar programs to measure the approximate area of your lawn.
Completion Time:
Generally, I complete requests: Same Day - 3 Days, subject to availability/demand.
Payment:
A 50% deposit is required for amounts over $50 for all new clients before services are started.
Accepted methods: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash-App, Google/Apple Pay.

Pay special attention to my overgrown grass fees.
I'm happy to fulfill your requests, but I do not engage in haggling or provide discounts.
If your lawn is in a situation where it violates an HOA/City regulation, and you are unwilling to pay additional fees for overgrown grass or if you are seeking a cheap quote, then my company may not be the right fit for you.
