This set includes an 18” towel bar, two double robe hooks, and a toilet paper holder (the finish matches, but this does not have the braided rope rosettes to match the towel bar and robe hooks.
We chose to replace these with brushed nickel fixtures and didn’t even notice the mismatch until we uninstalled them.
A similar set was found online for $75.
I used Google Lens to search for items that matched the photo, and only found one exact match for this design.
It appears to be quite rare.
