Hardworkpt.
com Cardio Kickboxing class is now available only $10 a class and $7 for handwraps.
If you own your own pair of hand wraps its only $10 for a pop in class.
If you enjoy the class you can sign up for more at a discounted rate and we will workout and lose weight and tone together.
We have 6 punching bags we use them 2 person to a bag and have up to 12 people in class.
We do a warm up/ stretch/ core/ exercise for the day and then bag work.
We learn boxing, kickboxing, karate and self defense techniques while getting in shape to motivate.
