it's brand new never used and I did all the labor of assembling for you! I live ok the third floor so you'll have to bring someone to help you carry it down the stairs and it's pretty heavy and sturdy ! If u come the weekend of Feb 9th Feb 10th or Feb 11th I will give 10$ discount
