Swisher Brush Mower - $1,000 (Pleasanton / Charlotte)

Swisher Brush Mower.
Not currently starting, probably needs tune-up.
Purchased new a little over a year ago for $3,300.
Used it about 3 times on my land.
Price reflects not being able to start.
Changed out tires to solid due to mesquite thorns in the area, but may want to change back to air tires.
Hitch is 2" ball.
