Assistant Director - Montessori School

Must have previous experience working as Assistant Director in childcare center.
Montessori Certification required ! Duties: - Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum - Provide leadership and guidance to staff and students - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization - Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness - Manage budgets and resources effectively - Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment - Build families relationships -resolve conflicts and or complaints Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred) - Experience working with students in an educational setting - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of individuals - Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices - Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
