Job Summary and Description
Performs moderately complex work advising students from connection to entry.
Responsible for implementing enrollment and retention strategies and achievement of student learning outcomes.
May provide services for special populations.
Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
Two years of related experience, preferably in a college setting.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Four years of related experience.
Speaks Spanish.
Licenses and Certifications:
Must complete enrollment management certification within 12 months of hire.
Must be certified in key competencies annually as defined by Student Success leadership.
