Route Driver Full Time SA

*Job description* This position will run regular, early-morning shifts with expected start times of 3-4 am.
Occasional overnight routes are also a possibility.
Starting pay range is $19-$20 per hr depending on qualifications.
Compensation package includes: performance based quarterly increases, monthly bonus program, retention bonus program and cell phone reimbursement available.
*REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES* * Responsible for loading the truck in an organized manner * Complete scheduled deliveries checking with store personnel and reporting any issues to management * Work with the Transportation Manager to ensure the most efficient routes * Work through proper invoicing procedures * Stay Compliant will all DOT Regulations as instructed * Keep the vehicle clean, both inside and out * Perform weekly vehicle checks.
* Assist with special projects a s needed *COMPETENCIES* To perform this job successfully, the Route Driver must be self-motivated, looking to grow with our company, and have the ability to stay on task and make common sense decisions.
* Must possess enthusiasm and motivation * Customer relations, interpersonal relationships, team relations * Excellent organization and time management skills * Must be self-starter and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner * Great oral and basic written communication skills.
*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS* * Minimum of two (2) year’s experience preferred, but not required * Valid driver’s license.
* Ability to lift 55-lbs or more on a regular basis.
Occasional lifting in excess of 70-lbs required.
* Ability to Drive more than 70% of the time.
