General Laborer/Mover

*Overview:* We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team.
As a Laborer, you will be responsible for various tasks including loading and unloading, moving materials, and operating company materials and supplies.
This is a great job opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work and have a good work ethic.
*Responsibilities:* * Packing, unpacking, moving of contents and furniture (must be able to lift a minimum 50 pounds).
* Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles or peoples residence * Move materials to designated areas * Onsite packing on clients includes wrapping, boxing and moving small to large items as well as wrapping and moving furniture.
* Driving company vehicles to job sites.
* Assist with the setup and breakdown of furniture * Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning work areas and organizing work vehicles * Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment * Communicate effectively with both team members and supervisors *Work Expectations* * Must comply with the attendance policy.
* Must be able to work in a team setting * Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment * Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
*Qualifications:* * Previous experience as a Laborer or in a similar role is preferred but not required * Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written *Skills*: * Moving and transportation of goods * Packing * Loading and unloading materials * Van driving * Courier services * Box truck handling We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
