As an Owner Operator with us, you will be an integral part of our transportation operations, ensuring the safe and prompt delivery of goods to our esteemed customers.
Key Responsibilities: · Operate and meticulously maintain your well-equipped truck, possessing a valid CDL Class A license.
· Transport goods securely and punctually, strictly adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
· Guarantee proper load securement and compliance with weight limits.
· Maintain precise and up-to-date logbooks and records.
· Effectively communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications: · Valid CDL Class A license.
· Proven record of accomplishment as an Owner Operator in the transportation industry.
· Impeccable driving record with a strong emphasis on safety.
· Reliable and well-maintained truck.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits: · Competitive compensation: Owner Operators will receive 88% of the gross revenue.
Special promotion for the first 20 drivers: 89% of the gross revenue.
· Additional bonuses for clean inspections: $100 for level III.
$200 for Level II.
$300 for Level I.
· 1% down for every referred working driver (Terms and conditions apply).
· Six weeks of free trailer rent (Terms and conditions apply).
· $5000 loyalty bonus (Terms and conditions apply).
Deductions: · 11% dispatch fee (12% after the promotion period).
· $250 per week for Cargo Insurance.
· $25 weekly ELD support.
· $250 trailer rent (after the promotion of 6 weeks free trailer rent).
· $2500 Escrow with 8-week charge of $250.

Terms and Conditions Apply: Referral bonus conditions: Referred drivers must stay driving with us; otherwise, the percentage reverts to the previous rate.
Trailer rent conditions: The Lessee will not pay rent for the six weeks from the starting date of the Lease.
The charge of the rent in the first six weeks will be activated if the Lessee has a full week with no loads.
The security deposit will be reimbursed only if the Lease Agreement is terminated twelve or more weeks after the starting date.
Loyalty bonus conditions: Drivers will receive the bonus after working with the company for a year, at least 10 months driving actively without any OOS DOT violations and accidents.
