Yard Driver

Duties: - Operate yard trucks and other equipment to move trailers and containers within the yard - Safely load and unload freight from trailers using forklifts or other designated equipment - Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment - Ensure all loads are properly secured before transport - Maintain accurate records of trailer movements and inventory Qualifications: - Valid CDL with a clean driving record - Previous experience as a local, OTR, or yard driver - Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and roll-off trucks - Knowledge of flatbed, refrigerated trailer, and freight handling procedures - Basic automotive repair skills are a plus Skills: - Proficient in driving and maneuvering large vehicles in tight spaces - Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory management - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Health insurance options available - Paid time off and holiday pay If you meet the qualifications and are interested in joining our team as a Yard Driver, please submit your application online.
