As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients and their customers.
You will handle incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
Providing information about products and services
Resolving customer complaints and issues
Escalating complex issues to management as needed
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
