Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team in San Antonio.
The Call Center Agent will serve as the first point of contact for Daily Dot Art's customers, providing exceptional customer service and assistance with inquiries, orders, and support issues via phone, email, and chat.
This individual will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience and building lasting relationships with our customers.
Job: Full time Pay range: $18.
50 to $29.
00 per hour.
Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers promptly and professionally, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and navigating the Daily Dot Art website, products, and services, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
Provide product recommendations, art advice, and assistance with selecting artworks, artists, and collections based on customer preferences and interests.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy, patience, and diplomacy, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors as needed.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company's CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding issues.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in computer and software applications, including CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office suite.
