Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team.

You will be responsible for providing support to customers, addressing their concerns, and assisting with order processing and general inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and policies
* Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise
* Handle complaints and concerns with empathy and a focus on problem resolution
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues
* Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:
