*********************************************************************************** Schedule: Our ideal candidate works at one of our Self-storage offices on Saturday plus one other day per week.
A plus would be to flexible enough to work extra when needed to cover at other times when Managers are off.
Your daily responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): **Covering the Office on the Manager’s day off **Renting your available units to prospects **Performing administrative tasks to process applications Job Requirements: ** Must have insured vehicle with insurance that you can use to go to the bank ** Must have a valid Driver’s License ** Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
** Must have some computer skills and be able to use the Microsoft Office Suite Compensation: FREE APARTMENT- Work 18.
5 hours per week in return for a 2 bedroom – 1 Bath onsite apartment (ALL BILLS PAID) – If you work more than 18.
50 hour in a week, additional hours paid at $15 per hour.
