We are in search of an entry-level Client Service Associate who can join our team.
The Client Service Associate will help drive the day-to-day customer success with our clients’ solutions, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty.

Establishing a strong core team or Client Service Associate conjoined with our training, it will fuel an environment of lifelong learning by fostering the human connection we strive for with our customers.
*Responsibilities of our Client Service Associate:*
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers by meeting with them directly to discuss their contracts, promotions, and service upgrades, which will lead to long-term partnerships and customer loyalty
* Articulate product and service offerings to each inquiring customer, and upsell when needed for new enrollments to assist the sales team in reaching daily/weekly sales goals
* Utilize negotiating skills to close out sales and finalize contracts, when necessary
* Provide informative and cohesive feedback on customer questions in a professional manner
* Help ensure delivery of products and services to every customer by being a support resource along the way throughout the sales process
* Educate yourself and become an expert in market research, territory management, and product knowledge
* Work cohesively with multiple departments, including upper management, compliance, quality control, and other Entry Level Client Service Associate

*Education and Prior Experience We ask for a Client Service Associate:*
* An Associate’s Degree in Business or Communications is highly recommended
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, hospitality, business, or client-facing role is required
* Experience utilizing exceptional relationship management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.
00 - $12,500.
