As a Dispatcher / Customer Service Rep, you oversee the scheduling and dispatching of our service technicians.
Always pleasant and attentive, you observe the customer's needs so you can dispatch the right technician for the job.
Throughout the process, you keep customers updated about appointments and notify them of any changes.
Once jobs are completed, you are responsible for the data entry involved with digitizing all service work orders and invoices.
You arrive each day ready to work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising customer satisfaction.

* Reliability
* 1+ years of experience doing scheduling and dispatching for a service business.
* Knowledge about the San Antonio area and surrounding areas
