Dispatcher Customer Service Genius Supervisor (San Antonio)

So I am placing this ad in 5 different categories of Craigslist really hoping to find 2 or 3 really special people.
I am one of those guys who has always wanted to be extremely rich like Elon or Bill and I am constantly looking at myself asking ME what I am doing wrong or what it is that I have to change.
I have come up with one or two things.
The long and the short with respect to my needs is that I think I have to work smarter to be more successful.
In short, I need to get more done in the same period of time.
Maybe we could also say that my solution is that I have to get smarter or simply more educated.
I have said for the longest time: "If we knew what Bill Gates knows, don't you think we could have what Bill Gates has???" I think so.
So here is my problem and this is a good example of the problem for my entire dispatching section.
We use the term "Bill Gates" as an analogy for rich and successful companies.
We have one client right now where they have 350 stores and 250 of them are in our markets.
But we are only doing business with 5 or 6 of their stores! Why would that be?? And I think the answer to my question is that as a company we are doing a lot of things wrong.
So let's you and I use this as an example or a test for this application.
I have just told you that a customer with hundreds of stores who is only giving us 2 or 3 calls a week when they could be giving us 50 calls a week.
Use every ounce of your brain matter and tell me what you think you could do to get this client to give us 50 calls a week.
AND.

There are at least 30 other customers just like this one where they are calling us now for service but while they have 100 stores, they might be giving us 1 ort 2 calls a week.
What can YOU do to change that? For this ad, if you can do this job then money is not a factor.
Once you can prove that you can do this job then you will be paid anything you ask for.
This is a very special proposition.
This position requires people with above average intelligence.

I had an intensive 40 minute conversation with one of my executives about these ads and specifically for this position.
Because of this conversation I am also going to add the following criteria: For this position I want someone who is AGRESSIVE, I want someone who thinks they are a winner: no matter what! I want someone who is HUNGRY for more and who wants an OPPORTUNITY to show what she or he can do.
I want someone who fully understands that there are no limitations in life except for those which are SELF IMPOSED.
You have to realize that whatever one human being can do: so can you! I AM A WINNER.
ARE YOU? I think there is nothing so important to success AS ATTITUDE.
And my final comments: WHAT EVER YOU BELIEVE ABOUT YOURSELF IS TRUE.
