Job Responsibilities
* Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty by:
• Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.
• Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion.
* Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment
* Keep the store organized to make shopping pleasant and convenient for each of our customers.
* Facilitate customer inquiries, answer questions to encourage product sales, and see that escalated requests are addressed and solved immediately.
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
* \*\*Hourly rate plus monthly commission based pay compensation
Job Skills & Qualifications Required:
* Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
* Reliable Transportation
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Ability to learn about multiple products
* Experience working in sales preferred
