This Class Starts : 12/4/2023 No Sales, No Marketing Inbound Customer Service and Basic Computer Knowledge.
Responsibilities * Provide accurate, valid and complete information.
* Handle customer requests, provide appropriate resolutions.
* Support customers with their debit accounts * Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
* Ability to work with customers to resolve inquiries.
* Provide troubleshooting assistance to customers.
* Ability to accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals.
* Maintain a high level of world class customer service/professionalism to a wide range of customers.
* Recommend products that best suit the customer.
* Ability to read and interpret documents.
Skills * 1-2yrs Technical Support or Banking Experience * Excellent customer service experience * Great communication skills * High school diploma/GED * Background Check Training * *3 Week Paid Onsite Training (10a-7p M-F)* * *Schedules are 2nd, and 3rd Shift.
Must be able to work an 8-hr shift between (12pm-6am or overnight).
Schedules are Full Time 40hrs/week.
Overtime is also available.
