- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information to guests about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and providing excellent customer service
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
```Skills```
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to operate phone systems effectively
- Strong hospitality management skills with a focus on guest relations
- Experience with OPERA
- Multilingual skills are a plus, allowing for effective communication with diverse guests
- Knowledge of guest services and hospitality industry standards
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
