PARTS COUNTER/SERVICE WRITER NEEDED (SAN ANTONIO)

Parts Counter/Customer Service rep needed for franchised powersport/outdoor power/truck/trailer dealership.
Job Duties: - Greet customers and answer phones in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with pricing and availability.
- Attain product knowledge to inform and increase sales.
- Take orders and process payments.
- Follow up on orders to prevent delay and frustration.
- Update the product inventory.
- Create online ads for new and used parts - Maintain a clean work environment and other duties as assigned.
- Restock shelves/organize display area - Work Monday-Friday 8-5 and rotate Saturdays 10-2 - Be able to work every day and arrive on time with a positive attitude General knowledge of vehicle parts a plus.
Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
