SUMMARY
Location: WaterWalk San Antonio at the Rim
Position Type: Non-Management, Part Time
The starting pay rate for this position is $15.
00 per hour.
Our team is looking to add an upbeat part time Solutions Consultant (Front Desk Agent) to manage all aspects of front desk operations and be a key person of reference for our guests and vendors.
To be successful in this role, you will need to extend professionalism and courtesy, have outstanding communication skills, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This position may require flexible scheduling availability.
Job Requirements:
Conduct property tours following Fair Housing Guidelines and provide lodging solutions
Check-in/Check-out hotel guests
Process all payments according to established hotel requirements and follow financial control procedures
Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors
Restock and clean the coffee bar according to operational standards
Prepares all necessary reports during each shift for the management team
Provide support to housekeeping and maintenance team
Job Qualifications:
Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
Ability to work well in stressful situations
Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
Ability to run washers and dryers
Ability to separate, clean, and fold linens while identifying and discarding linen that no longer meets brand standards

The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors.
