Position Summary:
Caring Senior Service is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Hub Specialist.
In this role, you will handle and convert client opportunity calls (COCs), as well as screen and pre-screen applicants for various offices within Caring Senior Service.
As a Hub Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient recruitment efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming calls with utmost professionalism and provide excellent customer service.
- Identify and understand the client’s needs and effectively communicate appropriate solutions and offers.
- Convert COC’s into qualified leads (CCC’s), by effectively presenting our services and addressing any concerns or objections.
- Respond promptly and professionally to applicant inquiries through various channels (phone, email, text, etc).
- Pre-screen applicants to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific positions.
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with local offices to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and local offices, ensuring seamless processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, opportunities, and applicant details in our database.
- Provide timely and relevant updates to local offices regarding status of applicants or client opportunities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales or recruitment role is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients, applicants, and local offices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record and manage data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work well under pressure.
- Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of database systems and MS Office Suite.
- Bi-lingual a plus
