Red McCombs Toyota is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person to fill a Customer Service and Reception position.

The CSR position is one of the most valuable in the dealership—not only does this person provide the first impression to our customers, but they are responsible for providing an overall positive experience.
Responsibilities
Greet customers at the dealership entrance in an up-beat and friendly manner; help direct them to the appropriate personnel or department and follow through to make sure they are properly assisted
Answer dealership phones in a friendly and professional manner; route them to the correct department or person using soft-transfer processes
Work cooperatively and communicate with sales, service, and other internal departments
Provide clerical assistance in regards to creating temporary tags, filing incoming plates, and reaching out to customers to notify them their plates have arrived
Complete other administrative duties as assigned
Ensure that our customer’s needs are being met at all times
Requirements:
Positive attitude with an outgoing personality
Excellent communication skills—including face to face interaction, writing proficiency, and phone interaction
Ability to thrive as part of a team while maintaining high individual performance
Punctual with the flexibility to handle a schedule consistent with a dynamic work environment
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
Proactive problem solving ability with dedication to helping meet customer’s needs
Uphold the values, ethics, and professionalism expected as a member of the Red McCombs automotive team
Qualifications
Available to work flexible hours and weekends
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
Strong computer skills
