Call Center Rep & Website Product Maintenance

We are hiring for a blended role in our call center answering phones as a customer service representative, and to be responsible for keeping products current on our website www.

com.
While Excel and computer skills are essential for this role, on the job training will be provided for listing products on our website.
Job Responsibilities: * Receive and process incoming phone orders * Order entry processing and data entry * Open and maintain customer accounts and account information * Maintain a current and accurate listing of all products on the website * Research and upload product photos * Review and approve orders imported from the website to be fulfilled from our warehouse * Review and approve product reviews to be shown on the website * Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed Qualifications / Skills: * 2+ year customer service experience * Excel and computer skills * Documentation skills * Phone skills * Data entry skills * Ability to multi-task Education and Experience Requirements: * 2+ year customer service experience required * University/college degree is an asset This position is full-time in-office/not a remote position: Monday - Friday, 8:15am - 5pm.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.
