*Job Summary:*
In the role of Customer Care Representative, your primary mission will be to ensure our customers receive an exceptional service experience.
You will be the frontline for inquiries, managing incoming calls with a focus on scheduling, updating services, and ensuring smooth operations within our call center environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Answer and efficiently manage incoming calls, scheduling technician visits and addressing customer inquiries.
* Input and update customer information in our CRM system (Service Titan) during calls.
* Assist with showroom customer inquiries and provide support to our technical team with administrative tasks.
* Manage email communications and ensure smooth call center operations.
* Proactively identify and suggest improvements to our customer service processes.
* Engage in multiple tasks, including order taking and customer service, following our high standards and procedures.
*Qualifications:*
* Experience in customer service or call center roles preferred but not essential.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
* A proactive team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.
* Proficient multitasking abilities, capable of typing and conversing simultaneously.
* Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
* Capable of managing various communication channels, including phone and email queues.
*Schedule:*
* Day shift; No night shifts.
* Monday to Friday, with rotating weekends and availability on weekends as needed.
*Application Requirements:*
* Ability to pass a hair follicle drug test.
* Minimum of 1 year in customer service (preferred).
* Must be fluent in English.
