Reliant Plumbing is looking to add a new Dispatcher to our dynamic team! When our customers call the business the first experience/impression they get from us is talking to you! The customer service representative needs to be polite, professional, have great customer service skills, and be able to sell the diagnostic fee to customers over the phone.
You must have a positive, upbeat attitude.
Looking for someone who is a team player, self-motivated, and likes to stay busy by constantly completing new tasks.
You must be a troubleshooter and know how to work independently.
Qualified applicants must have reliable transportation.
This is a full-time with a rotating schedule.
Mon-Friday the hours are 7:30am-4:30pm

Job Responsibilities:
* Phone Calls - Answer all incoming phone calls and call back missed calls to schedule and maintain customer appointments and their satisfaction.
* Create invoices and estimates using Service Titan software.
* Dispatching technician and other dispatching tasks
* Able to accept credit card payments through the credit card platform.
* Email - Organize and sort all emails into appropriate folders.
Verify that web lead emails have been responded to on the phone and/or by email.
Respond to customer emails.
Make sure important emails have been reported to the supervisor by the end of the day.
* Verify that the technicians have been uploading their receipts, checks, and photos in appropriate locations.
* Verify that the technicians have marked their invoices paid and are sending a paid receipt to a customer.
* Check Yelp/Google/FB reviews regularly and respond to good/bad reviews and manage overall accounts.
* Fill out and access a variety of forms on behalf of the company.
Scan and organize these files.
* Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee to meet the needs of the business.
* Scheduling and Routing: Dispatchers are responsible for scheduling service calls and efficiently routing technicians to various job locations.
This involves considering factors such as technician availability, proximity to the job site, and urgency of the request.
* Assigning Technicians: Dispatchers need to match the right technician with the specific job requirements.
This involves considering factors such as the technician's skills, experience, and availability, as well as the nature of the plumbing issue.
* Timely Communication: Dispatchers play a crucial role in maintaining communication between customers and technicians.
They keep customers informed about the status of their service request, including estimated arrival times and any delays that may occur.
* Problem Solving: Dispatchers often need to think quickly and creatively to resolve scheduling conflicts, unexpected emergencies, or customer complaints.
They must be able to adapt to changing circumstances and find solutions that satisfy both the customer and the company.
* Customer Service: Dispatchers must possess strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach to address inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements and Knowledge:
* Must have excellent troubleshooting skills and be an independent thinker
* Candidate must be able to learn new software and use the software effectively to meet the needs of the business
* Communicate effectively with customers
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Calendar, and Google Maps, people skills, and the ability to assimilate to different software systems such as Service Titan

* Previous experience as a plumbing dispatcher and Service Titan a plus!

Pay: $40,000.
