*REQUIRED*
* Must be authorized to work in the U.
S.
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or other Engineering or Technical discipline is required plus a minimum of five (5) years of related work experience.
Eight (8) years of may be substituted for education, for a total of thirteen (13) years of work experience.
* Must be able to pass a Public Trust background check.
* Must live in San Antonio, TX.
* Must be able to work onsite in office in San Antonio, TX, at least one (1) week per month.
* Must be able to work East Coast business hours.
*RESPONSIBILITIES*
The Developer is responsible for participating in the full agile development life cycle with Java apps, Web Services (REST), and reusable components to support the overall project.
_The Developer will:_
* Perform detailed design, identify reusable components, configure, build, and test app and/or tech arch components.
* Analyze technical needs, develop and debug code with design objectives.
* Fix defects found during testing.
* Review and integrate all app requirements (functional, security, performance).
*REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS*
* Java 11+ development
* Angular 10+ development
* Angular, Java, Spring experience is a must
* Custom development
* REST, JSON
* JPA 2.

*PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE*
* Must have experience in analyzing customer needs and developing overall concept and design objectives.
* Must be able to create software in a variety of programming and for a variety of IT software applications.
* Must have experience in debugging and correcting errors in computer programs.
