POSITION SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Information Services (IS) Quality Assurance (QA) Programmer is responsible for evaluating and analyzing deficiencies in product function or performance and recommending product or service improvements.
The IS QA Programmer will lead the quality and testing of key programs and systems in alignment with Community First’s quality standards and practices outlined in the Quality Management Plan.
This role is also heavily involved in developing and executing a multifaceted testing framework that includes functional, system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, information systems, or a related field is required.
Five years’ experience in health care, specifically dealing with Managed Care Organization (MCO) claims and clinical data is required.
Experience in writing and executing SQL queries and the ability to apply subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common testing challenges.
Ability to maintain and execute automation (Selenium) and performance scripts (LoadRunner) is required.
Proficiency with various system development lifecycles such as waterfall, RUP, and Agile methodologies.
Experience with Jira (Atlassian) Products is a plus.
Experience with Cognizant Product suite is a plus – QNXT, Clinical Care Advance, TCS, etc.
