We are hiring for 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm) Front Desk at our motel locations: HillView Inn and Extended Stay SA.
Addresses are:

Extended Stay SA
9735 I-35 Frontage Rd, San Antonio, TX 78233

This is the perfect job for you if you have a great attitude and love helping others!
The following duties:
*Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations
*Welcome guests, check them in, distribute room keys and explain the hotel’s amenities
*Take payment from customers
*Respond to guests’ issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner
*Explain local amenities and attractions to guests
*Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special client needs
Requirements:
*MUST have a friendly demeanor, a good attitude and an eagerness to serve others! If you don't like people DO NOT apply!
*Experience preferred but not required, we do on site training if you have the passion to learn something new.
