Front Desk Receptionist at Motel (San Antonio)

Hello there, We are hiring for Front Desk at one of our motel locations called Home Suites.
This is the perfect job for you if you have a great attitude and love helping others! The following duties: *Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations *Welcome guests, check them in, distribute room keys and explain the hotel’s amenities *Take payment from customers *Respond to guests’ issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner *Explain local amenities and attractions to guests *Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special client needs Requirements: *MUST have a friendly demeanor, a good attitude and an eagerness to serve others! If you don't like people DO NOT apply! *Experience preferred but not required, we do on site training if you have the passion to learn something new.
