Requirements
Education: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited degree program in a related discipline (i.
e.
Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Networking, or similar)
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to articulate problem-solving steps clearly
Experience with Unix navigation and scripting
Python programming proficiency
Capable of running basic network diagnostics
Basic understanding of networking & databases
Familiarity with system management tools, logical file systems, and client/server environments
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and proactively find solutions to technical challenges
Ability to work well in a team and communicate technical issues with non-technical people
Great time management skills and able to work under pressure of deadlines
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies
Demonstrated initiative and ability to usher personal or group projects to completion
Ability to design and write code in an object-oriented style, demonstrating clean and maintainable coding practices
A proactive approach to problem-solving, including the ability to independently research and experiment with solutions before seeking assistance, showcasing a strong sense of self-directed learning
Ability to ask insightful and discerning questions about new topics, technologies, or challenges
A willingness to explore new ideas and learn from various sources, as well as voicing areas of possible improvements
Familiarity with ticketing systems
