General Summary
Will rotate through different maintenance functions under the supervision of the maintenance manager.
Principal Duties and Accountabilities (Essential Functions)
Performs equipment inspection, lubrication routes, oil samples, and any other assigned reliability tasks.
Report the findings timely and accurately.
Execute a variety of measurements using ultrasound, laser tools,etc.

Assist with the supervision of the crew to ensure they are following the precision maintenance procedure.
Assist with the organization of the technical documentation and the provision to the crew with drawings and precision maintenance details (copy of the drawings, required gaps, torque values, equipment identification, etc.
).
Asist with the definition of the execution of the jobs.
Perform drawings in CAD Cam as needed by reverse engineering parts or from sketches already drawn.
Responsible for looking for the required technical information needed for the successful execution of the task.
Assist the reliability team on the process of troubleshooting failures by using the available documentation, manuals, and precision maintenance information.
Assist with the elaboration of the weekly plan, looking for the needed parts in stockroom, visit the job site before scheduling any job to find any issues that may appear, search on the technical documentation for the parts specification, etc.
to assure a smooth execution of the planned task.
Asist with or request the generation of the part number on the Stockroom software indicating unequivocally the part identification and safety stock to be maintained.
Assists the crew with fieldwork as needed.
Provide them with technical documentation and precision maintenance information needed for the successful completion of the task.
Maintains work area and equipment in a safe and clean condition at all times.
Assist with the organization, storage, identification of the special tools for any main equipment.

Education and Experience
Pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering.
Knowledge of and exposure to Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Knowledge of CAD Cam is desirable.
Experience with computer aided design software is preferred but not required.
Must possess excellent organization, planning and time management skills.
Must communicate effectively using appropriate interpersonal skills.
Open mind and committed to the task.
