Job Description Cyber, Electronic Warfare and Space (CEW&S) a division of HII Mission Technologies provides full-spectrum cyber, EW and space capabilities that address today's rapidly changing, multi-domain global security threats, and anticipate emerging threats.

The objective is to provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for Space Operations Command (SpOC/S2Z) in support of Information Operations, Cyber and Space Control Operations support and oversight for other customers/ mission areas.
Additionally, the objective is to support at S2Z and 16 AF (AFCYBER) to advise and assist in system engineering support and technical services for Command, Control, Communications, and Computer Information (C4I) systems.
Cyber, Electronic Warfare and Space (CEW&S) is hiring a System Administrator to provide system administration support and to review, coordinate, and recommend the approval of C4I systems in the areas of: Data Communications and Networking Operating Systems COMSEC Systems Support Services Computer Security IAW ICD 503/507 series This position is primarily system administrator support, but my include some A&AS support.
Essential Job Responsibilities Maintain equipment, keeping systems current and updated with security patches and updates in accordance with Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs).
The contractor shall also: maintain system integrity, functionality, ensure backups of data and system state, install and update node and server equipment, update physical diagrams, update system documentation (including installation configurations for each host/client location), and update any installation documentation required for C4I systems related to S2Z and 16 AF mission areas.
Assist in coordinating, reviewing, and recommending changes to requirements for equipment purchases and project management functions to ensure from a Systems Management approach for all technical and business aspects are clearly planned and properly executed for C4I systems in support of special programs related to S2Z mission areas.
Assist in developing: Certification and Accreditation (C&A) documentation, detailed Standard Operating Procedures, building node layouts, fiber layout to include end-to-end connectivity, and CONOPS in accordance with DoDM 5205.
07/NIST/NIAP/ICD 503/507 Series, S2Z, and/or AFOSI/PJ requirements for C4I systems in support of S2Z mission areas.
Assist in determining communications, Automated Information Systems (AIS), and Communications Security (COMSEC) requirements.
Provide audio/visual/Video Teleconferencing (VTC) support, as required Minimum Qualifications Position requires TS/SCI, must comply with SAP requirements Must have at least ten years within the last fifteen years of experience directly related to systems administration At least five years within the last ten years of specialized experience with multilevel security system technologies Experience with engineering, administration, and/or management of Windows or Linux/UNIX-based networks, databases, workstations, servers and/or trusted operating systems Must have commensurate skills in fiber installation and termination.
Must possess a DoDD 8140.

CompTIA Security+) Preferred Requirements Knowledge of and familiarity with COMSEC Responsible Officer (CRO) duties Have knowledge of systems analysis and design techniques, pertinent characteristics of complex system software and computer equipment technical requirements.
Have knowledge of trusted, multi-level security technology.
Physical Requirements Adequate visual acuity and manual dexterity for meeting the requirements of the Systems Analyst discipline.
